Gallery Club London has a smart, stylish dress code. We encourage guests to dress for a premium night out.
Ripped jeans, tracksuits, dirty trainers and flip-flops are not permitted. Entry remains at the discretion of the door team.
During periods of exceptionally warm weather, the dress code may be relaxed slightly; however, guests should still arrive smartly dressed. Please also note that dress-code requirements may vary for selected events hosted by external organisers, so we recommend checking the relevant event information before attending.

Even where no arrival time is stated, we recommend arriving before 23:30 to avoid longer queues.

You may arrive at any time while the club doors are open. However, if your ticket states a latest-entry time, we recommend arriving before it to avoid a late arrival fee. Tickets with a specified entry deadline must be used before that time; otherwise, entry may be refused.
The doors usually begin to close one hour before the music ends, with a possible 15-30 minute grace period if the door team is still outside and admitting guests. Entry during this period is entirely at the door team’s discretion, so please approach them politely and respectfully.

However, the guest list can be a convenient option if you are unsure whether you will attend, as you can decide on the night and pay at the door. On selected occasions, complimentary guest list access may be available. Where this applies, it will be clearly communicated in advance.

Yes. Large bags, suitcases and backpacks can be left in our cloakroom for £3 per item, subject to availability.

Refund requests must be submitted directly through the original ticket provider using the relevant refund channels. We are unable to issue refunds via email. Once your request has been submitted, the ticketing platform will contact us directly, and we will review all eligible cases.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the event and the circumstances of your booking. Requests submitted before the event are generally easier to review and may be more likely to qualify for a refund. Requests made after the event, including those relating to refused entry, will be considered individually.
If the ticketing platform does not allow you to submit a refund request, please speak to a member of staff or a manager on the night, who will assist with your enquiry.
Where a refund is not available, we may be able to offer an alternative arrangement, such as complimentary entry to another selected event.

Harassment, aggression, discrimination, abusive language, unwanted physical contact, intoxicated behaviour or any conduct that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated. Table prices vary depending on the area of the club, event, DJ or headline artist, group size and availability. Minimum spends start from £500 for a Cubanista table.
